For this self-portrait series, I attempted to recreate the passerby I encountered while traveling throughout Tuscany and Rome. By imitating their posture, gesture, and action, I wanted to show the malleability of the human form and the incredibly bizarre situations that we as a society put ourselves in. None of the subjects were aware of the photographs as they were shot, with many of the scenes composed on the fly thanks to my fellow classmates. Ultimately, the series shows that even the most intimate moments can be invaded by strangers.
