The Paoli Intermodal Transportation Center (ITC) is a proposed transportation hub that will address the increase of daily traffic and use at one of Greater Philadelphia's busiest rail stations. Jointly operated by Amtrak and SEPTA, The ITC will provide physical upgrades to the current station layout including a new building and high level platforms, a new parking structure to accommodate more cars, and clearly marked zones for buses, taxis, and private shuttles. Additional street-level retail, improved local roadway realignment, and revamped public realm elements will improve the pedestrian experience and help to make the ITC the anchor of Paoli's business district.
I worked on this project during my time at Gannett Fleming, collaborating with several local architecture and planning firms. The work on this page represents some of the graphics and branding that I created for the client as well as a public review. More information on the project can be found on the official website and at Paoli on the Move.
