Barrett Lane is an urban planning and design professional based in Washington, DC. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Studies with a Minor in Architecture from Cornell University, and a Master of City Planning with a Concentration in Urban Design from the University of Pennsylvania. His research and experience have taken him all over the world, including Canada, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Spain. He has previously worked for various public and private planning agencies in both New York and Philadelphia. Currently, Barrett is a transportation planner with a premier consulting firm, specializing in station area planning, streetscape and neighborhood improvement studies, and public outreach.
